(Photograph) - Been through the hoops . . . Leeds and Broomfield primary is Kent’s first failing school to have turned itself around. Since entering special measures in 1996, the school has doubled its roll to 80 pupils and the county’s director of education sees its success as an example of what the community, governors, head and local authority can achieve by working together.
