(Photograph) - Benefit in kind: sixth-formers Karen Gillard and Andrew Keeley, of the Prince Henry’s high school in Evesham, are among those who have benefited from the John Martin Charity this year.
The charity, set up in 1714 by a yeoman farmer of Worcestershire, now has capital assets of Pounds 10 million, and gives every A-level student in the town Pounds 100 in book and stationery vouchers.
