Berkshire rainforest

Wyld Court Rainforest, Newbury, Berkshire, protects and propagates rare rainforest plants and saves endangered species of tamarin and other small primates from extinction. It is now home to twin cotton-top tamarin monkeys and a breeding pair of golden-headed lion tamarin. Three different rainforest climates have been created in glasshouses with lianas, tropical passion flowers, orchids, fruiting banana trees, water lilies, exotic birds and fish, tree frogs, iguana and other wildlife.
