The futuristic iMac G4 earned Apple the award for secondary hardware section in the BETT Awards. The judges cited its importance in making video technology available for schools as the main reason for its selection. The other award winners were: www.Tutor2u.net (Online Learning Resource award); Interactive Resources Maths, Primary Games (Educational Software - Primary); Crocodile Clips Physicsm Crocodile Clips (Educational Software - Secondary); Autolab and www.studyauto.com from LJ Group (Further Education); Digital Movie Creator from TAG Learning (ICT Hardware - Primary); Planet Wobble from Crick Software (Special Educational Needs - Primary); Out and About 2: Around the Home from SEMERC (Special Needs - Secondary); ICPS Response System from Accurate plc (Innovation).
