The drive to improve workforce skills moved up a gear in the past week, with the publication of a strategy agreed by the Scottish Government, business representatives and trade unions. As part of the initiative, Microsoft and BT Scotland will co-operate in piloting communications approaches to inform employers that investing in skills is investing in the future success of their business.
