Nine out of 10 teachers say they want to teach money management skills but do not have either the teaching materials or knowledge to do so, according to the Royal Bank of Scotland. Its report also found that 78 per cent of teachers believe teenagers need more information about how to budget. The study was published as the RBS revealed that it was to invest in a pound;1.2 million programme called Face 2 Face With Finance to help schools teach the subject.
