Readers will recall that Willie McKay, the SNP's education chairman on Scottish Borders Council, was recently dumped after machinations within the party. Now Murray Hendrie has accused fellow councillor Donald Moffat of convening a meeting to give away the only chairmanship ever held by the SNP in the Borders.
