Counting triangles

Counting the different triangles from the largest to the smallest there are 1 + 2 + 2 + 6 + 3 + 18 = 32 Mashed potatoes

They started with 40 each:

After 10 minutes, Jay’s pile of unpeeled potatoes has reduced by 30, and Joy’s pile by 10. If x is the number of potatoes that Jay has left to peel, then Joy has 3x potatoes still to peel. It follows that x + 30 = 3x + 10, since they started with the same number. Solving the equation gives x = 10, so that the number of potatoes that each had at the start was 40.
