The digital divide between the computer haves and have-nots will not be solved until every child has access to a PC at home, says arts minister Estelle Morris. She is chair of the e-Learning Foundation. You can help by visiting the foundation’s website to see how you can help andor your students might benefit. Better still, visit the Toshiba website (www.freedomlearning.co.ukwinalaptop) and enter the free competition for a Portege A100 laptop computer. Toshiba promises to give 50p to the foundation’s Access Denied Appeal for every entry received.
