‘England at Work’, 5,000 images from the Industrial Revolution, is the first step of an English Heritage project to digitise its archive. The ViewFinder website also features 500 images from Lon don’s Science Museum and more than 13,000 from the photographer Henry W Taunt who between 1860 and 1922 photographed the places, people and architecture of Oxfordshire. The copyrighted images can be seen in library or themed formats. Go to http:viewfinder.english-heritage.org.uk
