Congratualtions to Williamstown primary school in Rhondda - the winner of the BTTES greenhouse competition. The school has big plans to share the greenhouse with other schools in the area, says headteacher Gillian Coleman. “We have the Glyncornel environmental centre that is used by all the schools in the local authority, and we want to set up the greenhouse in the environmentl centre so other schools can use it as well.”
The greenhouse is one of six used on the BT stand at BETT. The other five were won by Harpole primary in Northampton, Cambridge special school in London, Livingstone school in Bedford, St Mary’s primary in London and Queen’s school in Bushey, which all entered a prize draw on the stand.
