The Museums Libraries and Archives Council is inviting families to have their say on what makes their local library special, be it the staff, free IT access or activities, and to suggest one thing they would change. The consultation coincides with National Sure Start Month, a campaign showcasing family services. Results will be published on October 14 as part of Family Learning Week.
