ALL 123 regional winners in this year’s national Teaching Awards - including classroom assistants and new teachers - will receive a pound;500 professional bursary, schools standards minister David Miliband announced on Wednesday. His pledge followed Martin McGuinness’s promise in Belfast on Monday to the 10 Northern Ireland winners of a professional development award to study e-learning in the United States.
