Young people in Neath Port Talbot at risk of losing interest in school and training opportunities are to be offered short courses in mountain biking and canoeing in a bid to motivate them. The programme, to be taught by the county’s Physical Activity and Support Service, recevied pound;400,000 cash from the Big Lottery Fund.
