Rescue, Reunite, Rehabilitate and Rehome is the latest version of the education pack (foundation and KS12) from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. All parts of the pack are now available on an interactive CD-Rom, including a film giving a dog’s-eye view of the work of the home.
There are canine capers and feline frolics in most areas of the curriculum.
As well as literacy and numeracy, there are ideas for designing a food dispenser for cats or investigating the history of working dogs. The emphasis is on caring for pets responsibly and lovingly.
