Describing the implementation of CfE as having “bordered” on the incompetent is flattery indeed. If most teachers were being honest, they’d admit the whole thing is a disjointed mess dreamt up by people trying to advance their careers by having some kind of “vision”. Honestly, we’re all kidding ourselves.
