A new purpose-built bilingual centre for children with dyslexia has been opened by former Wales rugby star Scott Quinnell, vice-president of the Wales Dyslexia Association. The centre is at Penweddig secondary, Aberystwyth, which already has a fully-qualified dyslexia teacher and a training programme for all staff.
