SOME of Oxford’s most historic buildings will be alive with the sounds of Oxford’s Chamber Music Festival, running from June 30 to July 6.

This unique event, now in its second year, is bringing together internationally acclaimed musicians to play from a repertoire of Eastern European chamber music

Twenty-nine musicians, including Adrian Brendel, Natalie Clien and Alexander Melnikov will be playing Bartok, Dvorak, Janacek and Smetana, among others, as well as Mozart and Beethoven string quartets.
