To celebrate National Science and Engineering Week, the National Science Learning Centre is offering one teacher a chance to win a place on the course of your choice at the National Science Learning Centre.

You can choose from 29 inspirational courses on offer until the end of the summer term. The centre, based at the University of York, will cover the winner’s course fees and accommodation costs up to pound;650.

Visit the National Science Learning Centre’s website www.slcs.ac.uknationalcourses to see the list of courses available.

The centre is part of a network of 10 science learning centres, which provide innovative and inspiring professional development for teachers, lecturers, technicians and teaching assistants from primary through to post-16.

To be in with a chance of winning, send a postcard to Treats, TES Magazine, Admiral House, 66-68 East Smithfield, London E1W 1BX, marking your entry Science and indicating the course you are interested in.

Alternatively, email treats@tes.co.uk, putting Science in the subject box.

The winner will be drawn at random from the entries received.

By sending us your name and address you agree to The TES Magazine sending you this prize. We will not use your details for other communications. The closing date for entries is March 15.
