The National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) has developed an online guide relating to the government’s Every Child Matters: Change for Children agenda. Every Child Matters proposes five outcomes for children - be healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well-being. The website combines information about legislation and research carried out by NFER. There are also details of NFER publications, some of which are available for download.
