Charity wants help for runaways

ALL education authorities should have action plans to help young runaways who are in danger on the streets, says the Children’s Society. The society, which has drawn up guidelines for Manchester City Council, says the police and social services must be contacted first when a child is missing and get other agencies to pool information to help find the child.
