A pilot project providing free childcare and advice on getting work is to be rolled out across Wales. The pound;2.7 million Genesis Wales pilot in Rhondda Cynon Taf has so far helped more than 1,900 people, mainly parents, to access learning or training or start jobs. A further pound;12.5m of European funding, announced this week by ministers at Tonyrefail primary, Porth, will be used to develop projects in other parts of Wales.
