Get out those digital cameras (and the film ones if you have to), as the annual Chrisi Bailey award for innovative developments in photography is coming around again. Managed and supported by the Arts Council of Great Britain, it is open to groups, workshops, schools and other institutions woring with or outside the formal education system. Last year’s winner (right) went to Hempshill Hall primary, Nottingham.
