Themes: difference, exploitation, fear of the unknown, ignorance, stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, evolution, disease, minorities, rights, aesthetics, and integration.

KS1: Re-enactretell the story of Jack and the Bean Stalk from the giant's perspective. Was Jack a thieving, greedy intruder? Why is the giant seen as "bad"? Ask for reasons!

KS2: create a morality play about a historical "freak" (differences and bullying).

KS3 debate: "This House believes that 'dwarf throwing' should be illegal".

Exploration of the law, rights, and ethics.

KS4 science: Research unusual humans in context of evolution, variation, adaptation and competition. Are they the cursed blessings of nature?
