Twenty-two sports have been given government funding to develop coaches as part of a National Coaching Certificate being developed by Sports Coach UK, along with UK Sport and SportScotland.
Frank McAveety, the Scottish Minister for Sport, said: “The supply of appropriately qualified coaches is essential to the delivery of the Executive’s commitment to the development of sport in Scotland.”
