Vaseema Hamilton is director, arts design and media.

Esher Sarah Goldring, head of A-level computing at Reigate, becomes head of information technology. Jacqueline Johnston, head of English, becomes senior director. Both start inSeptember Great Yarmouth

Daphne King, fomerly project director of curriculum, is now director, curriculumlearning.

Halton

Julie Gill is director, financial and corporate services, moving from John Moores university.

Gary Walke is now director, learning and student support, joining from Joseph Priestley. Andrew Ellams, former head of central services for corporate business, becomes assistant director, business development.

Harlow

Nigel Davis, formerly information services manager at Bromley, is director of planning.

James Watt

Jim Corrigan, formerly acting director of information technology, becomes acting associate principal, faculty of engineering, science and computing technology. Gillian Russell became associate principal, faculty of business, care and personal services in May. She was manager of Ayr College (east).

Merthyr Tydfil

Jonathan Martin is assistant principal, curriculum. He was faculty manager at Newport.

North Birmingham

Sue Wilding became curriculum development manager in May, joining from Stourbridge.

NorthDevon

Jenny Rudge becomes head of department, business andinformation technology.

North East Worcestershire

Patricia Burton starts as vice- principal, strategy and development in August. Mike McCarthy is associate director, head of sixth- form studies. He was director of quality at Gloscat.

Oaklands

Chris McLean, Newham’s business manager, is now head of information, communications and learning technology.

Peter Symonds’

Nick Burnham, former head of economics, is head of faculty, business and social science.

Queen Elizabeth SFC

Kevin Fields , deputy head at SE Essex SFC ,becomes director of studies, business and leisure. Joy Colthup, course leader,general studies, becomes director of studies, enrichment. Both start in September.

Royal National College for the Blind, Hereford

Peter O’Keefe is associate principal, finance business and administration. He joins from Sutton Coldfield.

South Tyneside

Ian Gardner, formerly deputy head of faculty, is now head of faculty, marine and mechanical.

Taunton’s

Martin Horton is the new bursar, from Elliott School, Putney Weymouth

Paul Lardner is executive director, strategic development, joining from the health service.

Wolverhampton

Andrew Brodie joined as director of estates in May. He was group estates manager at RAC.

Markos Tiris joins the national learning network programme.

FEFC

Geraldine Burns, education manager at Milton Keynes, is quality improvement manager.
