Coming up: Holidays should be for fun "I teach Year 1 in an affluent suburb. Our school is high in the city's league tables. The head, supported by some parents, presses us to set lots of homework for children during holidays, but the staff feel that younger children in particular should enjoy Christmas and have a break.
