The Royal Meteorological Society is hosting the fourth international conference on “School and popular meteorological and oceanographic education” in Edinburgh fromJuly 22-26, 1996. Up to 10 teachers can win free admission and rail expenses by submitting, by September 30, a 500-word summary with supporting material of the paper they would like to present at the conference, which should explain how they have encouraged weather studies.
