CAMBRIDGE YOUNG WRITERS AWARD.

David Blunkett, the Secretary of State for Education, has agreed to present the awards for this competition, which requires children in primary and middle schools to write a story about a significant event in their lives. Closing date: May 31. Winners will receive prizes and their schools will receive Cambridge Reading books worth pound;500: the best stories will be published as a book.
