The Electoral Commission in association with the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal College of Art is inviting students aged 16-24 to illustrate the theme “Votes are Power” using any medium. A week’s family holiday in a National Trust holiday cottage is the top prize in a drawing competition for children under eight being run by Barefoot Books and the National Trust.
