The Scottish Chamber Orchestra is to appoint a composer laureate for schools in the autumn to work alongside SCO musicians in Edinburgh schools. The post, part of a collaboration with City of Edinburgh Council, has been funded by a pound;98,000 award from the Scottish Arts Council National Lottery fund.
