You published a photograph in which I appeared carrying a placard saying “Stop the 11-plus”. The caption described me and my fellow protesters as “anti-selection campaigners who want to shut down ... grammar schools”. Far from it - our aim is to open up the remaining grammars to admit all our children without selection.
