The DfES has organised roadshows on “ICT in schools: embedding ICT @ secondary” in partnership with subject associations, the Key Stage 3 National Strategy and Becta. Each event will focus on a subject and give an overview of the packs: ICT Across the Curriculum (ICTAC), and Embedding ICT @ Secondary. The Strategic Leadership of ICT programme (SLICT) for headteachers aims to support learning in schools and enhance leadership skills. The DfES substantially subsidises the pound;1,250 fee for state school heads.
