The addICT conference (art and design directions in information and communications technology) will be at the FACT Centre (Film, Art and Creative Technology), Liverpool, on January 19. It has been organised for trainee and qualified art and design teachers by the National Society for Education in Art and Design with the British Educational and Communications Technology Agency. Walking with Artists, a series of free workshops organised by the National Campaign for Arts and the National Union of Teachers, supports the development of partnerships between primary teachers and artists. Held in leading arts venues across England, they run from 1pm to 5pm and end with a tour of the venue.
