IN-SERVICE TRAINING COURSES:

The Institute of Education, 20 Bedford Way, London WC1, is running a short course on induction-tutor training for secondary schools (four days, pound;250, pound;75 per day). Day courses include: preparation for secondary deputy headship, reviewing the quality of teaching and learning in modern foreign languages within the OFSTED framework and beyond and meeting the needs of refugee children in schools.
