The more the human population increases, the more the habitats of wild animals are encroached on. A lecture entitled “Mountain lions and zebras: in conflict with man”, at the Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7, at 7pm, will focus on two Earthwatch projects - the mountain lions of Mexico and the zebras of Samburu, Kenya - that are addressing this problem. A debate on “The call of the wild: reintroducing native species to Britain”, will take place in October at the Natural History Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7. Come along and cast your vote.
