In the Friday forum on October 15, we wrongly said Cedar Mount high school in Manchester was in special measures. In 2003, Ofsted described the school as having serious weaknesses, which headteacher Guy Hutchence expects to be lifted in the spring, following a positive HMI visit in February this year.
