THE educational future of four four-year-old youngsters will be decided in a High Court hearing next Friday.
South Gloucestershire Council will challenge the decision of its own appeals panel that the children be given places at Samuel White’s infants school in Hanham, Bristol, in an effort to keep class numbers at the school down to the statutory maximum of 30.
But the four children all have brothers and sisters at Hanham Abbotts junior, which is “paired” with Samuel White’s on the same site, and their parents are desperate for them to follow in their siblings’ footsteps.
