Catering students in the north-west now have the chance to train at the legendary Gleneagles Hotel under a new deal linking the famous hotel with South Trafford College.
The college is launching its Gleneagles Diploma in Culinary Arts next month. Under the scheme, eight students will split their time between the college in Altrincham, Cheshire, and the Scottish hotel. They will receive a wage and a lump sum on completion of the course, which leads to a National Vocational Qualification at level 3.
