What’s it about? This seminar offers school leaders, governors and local authorities an opportunity to learn about, discuss and develop best practice in implementing alternative leadership models. It explores the results of collaborative work across local authorities. There will also be a chance to discuss a think-piece about Models of Leadership commissioned by NCSL and delegates will review a leadership toolkit.
