FROM JUNE 12. HARASSMENT AND BULLYING AT WORK

The University of Central Lancashire has organised practical training days for professionals involved in formal and informal complaints, and in devising policies and procedures in universities and colleges or any workplace. JUNE 24-25 AND AUGUST 14-17 BUILDING PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS NATIONAL INSIGHT INTO MANAGEMENT

The first is designed to help post-16 students gain experience of team working, problem analysis and decision-making. The second is for young managers and students interested in business.
