About 100 secondary pupils from Dundee will take part in the Tayside mini-trials on November 6, at the Dundee Sheriff’s Court. The pupils will hold four serious assault trials and four drugs trials, with support from advocates, solicitors, fiscals and court staff. Scotland’s most senior judge, Lord Cullen of Whitekirk, the Lord Justice General and Lord President of the Court of Session, and the dean of the Faculty of Advocates will attend.
