More than 1,100 pupils in 41 schools took part in Scotland’s Biggest Experiment last month. The event, led by Tom Pringle, alias Dr Bunhead, and hosted by Duncanrig Secondary in East Kilbride, was broadcast via Glow to schools across the country. It was part of a wider Scottish Government campaign - Do Something Creative. Do Science - which aims to raise awareness among 11 to 16-year-olds of the professions that become available when science is chosen as a subject option. LTS chief executive Bernard McLeary said: “The Biggest Experiment is the perfect example of how Glow can link up learners from all over the country to discuss scientific theories and share opinions.”
