Credits for charity work

MORE young people would join voluntary projects if they were given discounts on university fees, new research has revealed. A survey by the charity Community Service Volunteers found 55 per cent of volunteers between ages 16 and 24 believed tuition fee credits would encourage youngsters to volunteer.
