Caroline Felton has been appointed interim chief executive of Creative and Cultural Skills. Ms Felton trained as a teacher and has worked as a management consultant for Coopers amp; Lybrand, Welsh National Opera, English National Opera and the Royal Shakespeare Company. She replaces Tom Bewick, now chief executive of Enterprise UK.
