It’s that time of year again. The shops are full of the cheesiest cards and sexy underwear manufacturers are preparing to make a fortune. The Diary, of course, has a hectic schedule on the day in question but we will fit in a romantic soiree at the Family PlanningAssociation. The invitation made us go all gooey: “A seminar on emergency contraception on February 14.” Apparently, doe-eyed education hacks will be briefed on why the coverage of the morning-after pill in schools was full of misleading sensationalism.
