The annual Newcomers Trophy will be held at Greenacres Curling Rink, Howwood, on April 3.
The competition is open to any curlers aged under 17 and in their first or second year of playing the game. Entries are restricted to 54 newcomers; 18 teams of four will be made up, with three newcomers being joined by an experienced skip.
