The Scottish Exchange of Educational Data (ScotXed) is a national project to help reduce bureaucracy and monitor and improve educational resources. The plan is to exchange data electronically across key partners in the education system, including schools and local authorities. Alison Kennedy, the head of information strategy and business support at the Scottish Executive Education Department, will give a seminar on ScotXed at 10am, September 25 and 3.15pm, September 26
