The programme will include keynote addresses from Heather Du Quesnay CBE, of the National Council for Educational Technology; Caroline St John-Brooks, editor of The TES; Bill Dugger, director of Technology for All Americans; and Professor Richard Kimbell, of Goldsmiths College, London.
Fifty seminars and workshops will include: special needs - issues and challenges; D T in the primarysecondary curriculum - the Nuffield approach; textiles technology in secondary schools; food technology; designing accommodation for D T; financial and resource management; using systems in technology teaching; control and structures in primary schools; managing and promoting learning through assessment; using the Internet; using software; training teachers - sharing good practice; and Office for Standards in Education Findings 1995-6.
