An inquest opened this week into the death of 10-year-old Laura Zielinski who died last week on a school swimming expedition near Harlech, North Wales. Laura attended Christ Church CE junior school in Oldbury, West Midlands. The Health and Safety Executive and Sandwell Borough Council have launched an inquiry.
